"Bigfoot" or 'Yeti' sighting is once again in the news after a group of high school graduates claimed that they had witnessed a creature with a human like height and "glowing eyes" Kisatchie National Forest in Louisiana, as per a report on New York Post.

The teenage students were from southern Louisiana's Houma and the alleged sighting took place on June 28, Natchitoches Parish Sheriff’s Office has stated.

One of the students dialled 911 and claimed that they heard a 'growl'. Police responded and brought back the students. However, during the probe, police couldn't trace any suspicious mark.


Earlier in 2019, a few researchers claimed that they had audio-visual evidence of Bigfoot's existence in Kisatchie National Forest. In October, a married couple captured a video of an alleged Bigfoot in Colorado.

Bigfoot or Sasquatch, and Yeti are large and hairy human-like mythical creature. There have bee reports over alleged sightings but counter-argument has been made to reject those claims. However, the debate over Bigfoot's existence continues as it has been for over a century.
