Big Ten Tournament 2023: Here’s all you need to know

The most awaited Big Ten Men’s Basketball Tournament bracket 2023 begins on 8 March, Wednesday in the United Center, Chicago.

The pair of first-round matchups on Wednesday marks the opening of the Big Ten Tournament, headed towards four second-round matchups on Thursday. The matches of the quarterfinal are scheduled on Friday followed by the semifinals on Saturday. And the qualified teams will play the last championship game on Sunday.

All 14 teams of the league are going to be a part of the Big Ten Tournament. However, the top 10 seeds in the conference are given a first-round bye, whereas the top four seeds will get the opportunity to bypass the first two rounds.

The champion of The Big Ten Tournament automatically grabs a bid into the 68-team field for the 2023 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) 2023. This grand tournament will have 32 automatic qualifiers along with 36 at-large bids. The finalization of the NCAA Tournament field will be held on Sunday 12 March while the bracket will be revealed during the March Madness Selection Show on CBS.
