What happened on the set of A Simple Favor?

In a series of since-deleted remarks about Henry Golding's Instagram post regarding the upcoming sequel, "Another Simple Favor," Barbara Szeman, who served as an assistant director on the 2018 movie, appeared to be targeting Blake Lively. She accused Blake Lively of on-set cruelty.

Barbara Szeman wrote to Golding that she collaborated with him on the initial one, according to Page Six. She had a fantastic experience with everyone, with the exception of one person, who is the reason she stopped being an AD, as quoted in a report by Blast.

Then, without specifically mentioning Blake Lively, she cryptically added, "Guess who that person is." Szeman clarified that she had originally wished to "avoid" the spotlight but finally spoke out because of Lively's alleged behavior after her comments quickly gained attention.

Blake Lively is battling to keep her reputation intact

Blake Lively is fighting to safeguard her reputation amid Justin Baldoni's claims that she was difficult to work with on "It Ends With Us." The actor-director has filed a $400 million defamation and extortion lawsuit against Lively, alleging that her accusations of sexual harassment and misconduct have damaged his career.

In response, Lively has filed her own lawsuit against Baldoni, alleging sexual harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, and lost wages.

Justin Baldoni denies all accusations and has attempted to clear his name by releasing behind-the-scenes footage and private text messages.
