It traces their humble beginnings in a garage in Hawthorne, CA in 1961 to their meteoric rise to international fame with timeless hits like "Surfin' U.S.A.," "I Get Around," "California Girls," "Fun, Fun, Fun," "Little Surfer Girl," "Kokomo," and many others.

Limited to only 500 copies, the book narrates the band's story through the words of its members: Brian Wilson, Mike Love, Al Jardine, Dennis Wilson, Carl Wilson, and Bruce Johnston. It features a treasure trove of rare and classic photographs, as well as exclusive memorabilia. While a hardcover edition for bookstores is set to be released in 2024, the initial limited edition will captivate fans and collectors alike.

Moreover, the book incorporates fresh text derived from extensive interviews conducted exclusively for this project with Wilson, Love, Jardine, and Johnston. It also includes text from late members Carl and Dennis Wilson.
