Barry and Honey Sherman murder: Son triples cash reward to $35m to find killer
Barry Sherman and his wife Honey Sherman were strangled to death in their Toronto home five years ago. Their murder mystery remains unsolved even as their son Jonathon has topped up cash reward.

What is the present cash reward offered by Barry Sherman’s son?
In October 2018, about ten months after the murder of his parents, Jonathon, the son of Barry Sherman (75) and Honey Sherman (70), offered $10 million to solve the murder or help arrest the convicts. Four years after the initial offering, Jonathon has increased the amount to $35 million.
Jonathon said in a statement shared with the media on her parent’s fifth death anniversary that the closure of the case is impossible until the evil acts of the culprits are brought to justice. The high-profile murder occurred on December 15, 2017, and the police still cannot solve the case or name a suspect.
However, the police last year released video footage that shows a person walking out from Sherman’s house a day before they were murdered, appealing to the public for information about the suspect.
