The company's principal office was listed at the Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida.

The firm was co-founded with Cameron Roxburgh, a fellow student from Oxbridge Academy, and Carter Fulcher, a partner in a luxury real estate company in Idaho. Shortly after Donald Trump's election victory in November 2024, the company was dissolved to avoid media attention during the election period.
