‘Bachelor in Paradise’ season 10 premieres with new location and star-studded cast: When and where to watch

Bachelor Nation is in for a treat as the milestone 10th season of "Bachelor in Paradise" premieres Monday, July 7, 2025, at 8 p.m. ET on ABC. This season brings a wave of fresh energy and surprises, starting with a dramatic change of scenery: for the first time, the show leaves Mexico behind for the lush beaches of Playa Samara in Costa Rica. The cast for Season 10 is one of the most diverse and dynamic yet, featuring 26 contestants—16 men and 10 women—drawn from recent seasons of "The Bachelor" and "The Bachelorette."


In a franchise first, the season also welcomes fan-favorites from "The Golden Bachelor" and "The Golden Bachelorette," bringing a multi-generational element to the romantic mix. Notable contestants include Dale Moss, who won Clare Crawley’s season of "The Bachelorette," Kat Izzo from "The Bachelor" Season 29 and last season’s "Paradise," as well as Leslie Fhima, Gary Levingston, and April Kirkwood from the Golden series. Episodes air Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC, with next-day streaming available on Hulu. Fans should also look out for a special Tuesday episode on July 15, which will introduce the first batch of "Golden" contestants.
