Australian professional rugby league football coach Paul Gregory Green passed away recently. He was best known for taking the North Queensland Cowboys to the NRL premiership in 2015. Paul was just 49, and his passing has left a massive void on his immediate family as they try to come to terms with his decision to end his own life.

He died in his home in Brisbane, leaving behind a bereft family, a grieving sporting community, and a shocked bunch of friends and teammates. His brother Rick informed a tabloid that the family is coordinating a funeral everyone can attend at the Kougari Oval.

The Wynnum-Manly Seagull's home stadium was selected as the parting ground as Paul lived nearby, where he played and coached the Seagulls to become Champions.

Paul's brother Rick said that they are immensely saddened by his passing away in this manner. Though he remembers the happy moments with Paul, the thought of his death comes as a bolt from the blue, shocking and sad.

The family spoke of Paul's death to the news channels saying that they were deeply missing him as he was a doting husband, a loving father, and a great brother and son. It was difficult to find the words to justify such a wonderful person but the family desires to thank all the people who stood by them and showered their support at this difficult time.
