At her Sunday night performance in Buenos Aires, Taylor Swift urged her fans not to hurl anything on stage, stating that "it really freaks me out."

Swift stopped her Eras Tour performance midway through the "Evermore" song to address the audience when a purported fan gift fell near her keyboard.

Swift stated in a video released on X that It really freaks me out when stuff gets thrown on the stage because if it's on the stage then a dancer can trip on it. This is because communication requires maintaining soft, healthy boundaries.

She continued by saying Although I think it's great that you brought gifts, will you perhaps refrain from throwing them onto the stage? I really do adore you.

In recent months, there has been an unsettling trend of people throwing things during live music performances.

Swift just began her record-breaking Eras Tour's South American leg in Argentina, where she performed three gigs. Initially, the performance was supposed to happen on Friday but it got postponed on Sunday because of the weather.
