Many people believe that Ashton Kutcher's ex-girlfriend is referring to the That 70s Show star when she says that a former partner didn't encourage her in her early Hollywood career, as quoted in a report by Express US.

Before their 2001 split, Kutcher, who has been married to Mila Kunis since 2015, dated Mad Men's January Jones for three years. The two even shared a home.


Although Jones has remained mostly silent about her relationship with the former cast member of That 70s Show, rumours suggest she mentioned him in an interview. Jones has never admitted that she is referring to Kutcher, however.

In 2007, Jones began appearing as Don Draper's wife in Mad Men, earning her two Golden Globe Awards for Best Actress nominations and a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress.

A red flag arose while Kutcher and Jones were dating because they became friends after being cast in Bandits with Bruce Willis in 2001. According to Demi Moore's memoir Inside Out, Kutcher was jealous of Jones' relationship with Willis and believed the two were having an affair. Moore, however, divorced Moore, who went on to become Kutcher's first wife. Years later, Moore met Jones and put the rumours to rest.
