California Governor Gavin Newsom and his wife named Jennifer Siebel Newsom have reportedly bought a new and huge home in Kentfield which is located in Marin County and it costed near about $9.1 million, reported Benzinga.

According to Benzinga, the newly bought property which is being acquired through a limited liability company and is being owned by Siebel Newsom actually features near about 5,600 square feet of living space while including six bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The home is designed keeping in mind of an open floor plan and boasts really large windows that provide stunning views of Mount Tamalpais.

The latest property bought by Gavin Newsom additionally includes multiple outdoor entertaining areas, a swimming pool and also some extensive lawns on a nearly one-acre lot.

While California is facing some severe ongoing homelessness crisis, Gavin Newsom at the same time announced a $130.7 million initiative to assist local governments in addressing homeless encampments, noted Benzinga. The couple's new residence is actually a part of their effort to ensure continuity in their children's education as they are splitting their time between Marin County and Sacramento.

The latest purchase of Gavin Newsom comes amidst rising home prices in Marin County where the median sale price recently reached near about $2.8 million, asserted Benzinga.
