According to latest reports, five people have been arrested in connection the case recently, including a doctor who became a suspect for sending a damning text that insinuates his involvement in the matter.

Police arrests five in connection to Matthew Perry case

Friends star Matthew Perry was 54 years old when he passed away last years and reports claimed that he had died in his hot tub, due to the acute effects of ketamine. Soon after, police began investigation into this high-profile case and since then, has arrested and interrogated multiple people in Perry's circles. Very recently five people have been arrested in connection to the death investigation and according to sky news, text messages from one of the doctors turned out to be a damning suggestion of involvement.

What was the text message sent by the doctor?

Salvador Plasencia , a medical doctor known as 'Dr. P', sent an allegedly damning text that read, "I wonder how much this moron will pay?" This may indicate the sale of ketamine that could have led to Matthew Perry's overdose and poisoning, resulting in his untimely death.


The others charged for the Friends star's death include a Ketamine peddler named Jasveen Sangha, who is also known informally as the 'Ketamine Queen'. Others arrested are Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry's assistant, Erik Fleming, who is a close acquaintance of the TV star, and another doctor named Mark Chavez. All of them are being interrogated and investigated regarding Matthew Perry's death mystery, and results around it are expected soon.

Police authorities have yet not revealed any information extracted from the arrested individuals.
