Ariana Grande’s ‘Eternal Sunshine’ 2026 Tour dates announced — here’s where she’s headed
Pop sensation Ariana Grande is set to hit the stage to make her long-awaited return to live performances with her first tour in seven years. Following a social media teaser on Wednesday, she cited the news by sharing the official dates through her Instagram story less than 24 hours later. The first itinerary includes performances in nine major North American cities and a five-night residency in London, with additional dates expected to be included.

On August 27, Grande posted a teaser on Instagram reminiscent of her “Brighter Days Ahead” short film, with a striking image of herself at a microphone. This short film was part of the deluxe edition of her 2024 album, Eternal Sunshine, which included six bonus tracks and debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

Grande Reflects on Her Hiatus

Over the past several years, Grande has largely stepped away from touring, concentrating on acting projects and other creative schedules. Late last year, she told Variety:

“I feel so grateful to the acting, and I think my fans know that music and being on stage will always be a part of my life, but I don’t see it coming anytime soon. I think the next few years, hopefully we’ll be exploring different forms of art, and I think acting is feeling like home right now… I am appreciative for [my fans’] understanding. I’m so grateful for the ways in which we’ve grown together over this whole journey with ‘Wicked.’ But music will always be a part of my life.”

Grande’s last tour concluded in December 2019, supporting her Sweetener and Thank U, Next albums. After then, she has invested in acting, currently filming Focker In-Law, the fourth installment of the Meet the Parents franchise, and getting ready to promote the second part of Wicked (Wicked: For Good), in which she stars as Glinda alongside Cynthia Erivo as Elphaba.Fans have been eagerly waiting for this moment, as Grande last toured in 2019.
