According to Jim Messina, the Republicans are voting early this time at historically higher rates which could eventually and significantly alter the US Presidential election night results.

According to The Hill, Jim Messina exclaimed that the early voting numbers are a little scary while emphasizing on the fact that Republican turnout in early voting is pretty stronger than in previous elections specifically since Donald Trump had discouraged early voting.
