Apple rolls out purchase migration: Move apps, music and other content you buy to a single account now
Apple is allowing users to transfer purchased apps, music and other content from a secondary Apple Account to their primary account, making it easier to manage digital purchases.

Apple’s purchase migration
Previously, Apple only allowed purchase migration through Family Sharing, which enabled members of a family group to access each other's premium content. According to a report in Apple Insider, users in the UK, India and the EU will not be able to use Apple’s purchase migration option. Both accounts must be registered in the same country or region, have two-factor authentication enabled and use valid payment methods to be eligible for purchase transfers.Family sharing exclusion
