Apple iPhone 17 launch: Apple Watch, headset, Siri-AI upgrades - full list of products rumored to be unveiled on September 9
From iPhone 17 to Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE 3 devices, Apple is likely to announce a line of products.

It’s also another opportunity for Apple to talk about its Liquid Glass software revamp and the future of Apple Intelligence features like AI upgrades for Siri, according to multiple reports. Media reports have said Apple will also unveil a slimmer version of its latest iPhone, possibly branded as the iPhone Air, echoing its iPad Air and MacBook Air lines. The company is also expected to showcase new entry-level, high-end Apple Watches, upgraded iPad Pros and a faster version of the Vision Pro headset, Bloomberg News has reported recently.
Apple iPhone 17, Apple Watch
Apple is likely to announce a regular and two Pro phones, and it is expected to replace the Plus with a new and slim iPhone 17 Air model. The Air device reportedly has a thickness of 5.5 mm with a 6.6-inch screen.
It would make the new iPhone 17 Air 0.08 inches thinner than the current gen models, according to reports.
The base iPhone 17 is reported to have a new and bigger 6.3-inch screen with a 120Hz refresh rate instead of 60Hz in previous years.
The tech giant is also expected to update the Apple Watch Series 11, Ultra 3, and SE 3 devices.
The Apple Watch Ultra 3 would be a notable update amid the trio, with a bigger screen and faster charging support.
Apple may also announce AirPods Pro 3, three years after the previous generation of Pro AirPods were released.
Under pressure from the Trump administration, Apple has boosted its already hefty investment in the U.S. to $600 billion over the next four years, creating jobs and shifting some work there in the hopes of sidestepping potential import duties. Apple faces pressure from tariffs imposed on U.S. imports from countries including its production hubs, China and India.
In June, Apple announced a slew of AI and software features, along with an overhaul of its operating system — redesigning its icons and menu to resemble what it calls "liquid glass."
However, Apple's delay in embracing the AI market has left it trailing Big Tech stalwarts. Smartphone maker Samsung and Chinese firms Honor and Huawei have taken advantage of the gap Apple left in the industry, luring customers with their own AI offerings.
