It has been revealed that Murray will be playing the role of Lord Krylar in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.
Murray himself revealed his villainous role in Marvel's Ant Man 3 during The Eli Manning Show. Quantumania's first trailer disclosed that his role had a history with Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer).
Who is Krylar?
While some of the biggest Marvel fans are not familiar with the character of Lord Krylar, Bill Murray's playing that role has turned the character's mystery into a more exciting subject.Marvel describes Lord Krylar as, 'The discerning and clever Krylar heads an isle of assassins, dealing out ancient weapons and mercenaries to the highest bidder.'
Krylar lives on the planet K’ai within the sub-atomic realm known as the Microverse.
Marvel further describes Krylar as, 'In one of his dealings, he allies with the usurper Lord Visis, despite his misgivings, against the new ruler’s enemy, Bruce Banner, AKA the Hulk'.
Krylar has also been described as the 'governor of Axia,' a 'bizarre and cushy community within the Quantum Realm' in the trailer.
