Android Phone to TV: Here’s how to connect and cast screen in simple ways
There are multiple ways to cast an Android Phone to a TV: Chromecast, Android Screen Mirroring, and the use of cables and adapters.

Here comes the question, of how to cast an Android phone on TV — the quickest and simplest way. Now, there are various ways to cast your Android phone on TV.
Chromecast
Google’s very own and one of the best dongles available in the market lets you cast Android’s screen to TV. Although most TVs come with built-in Chromecast, however, if you bought one and missed the spec-list. This is a savior, any day! Note: It doesn’t support Apple TV.
Android Screen Mirroring
As we said before, screen mirroring is sometimes the need of the hour when you just want to see your phone’s display on a bigger screen. That’s where Android Screen Mirroring comes. It should be noted that this feature requires Google Chromecast. To use it, simply connect your device to the Google Home app. Now, launch the app and select the target device.
Almost there! Now, tap on “Cast my screen” — your phone's screen will be cast on TV. Once done, simply tap “Stop Mirroring”.
Make use of an adapter, cable
If you don’t want to spend on a Chromecast device, or you have Chromecast-supported TV, there’s still a way to cast an Android phone to TV. But, it comes with its cons: it’s not wireless. Generally, most Android phones use USB-C cables and you may look for USB-C to HDMI adapter. If your device is yet to shake hands with USB-C, look for a Micro USB to HDMI cable instead.
