The court documents indicate her admitting to slapping her husband once or twice in the facial area. However, Patrick did not have any visible marks or injuries due to the assault. Therefore, her arrest was “without incident." Michelle was released on Thursday on a bail of $1,000. Although the original court order specified her to be held for 12 hours, she had an early release due to her breastfeeding infant, as per the court document. She has a hearing scheduled on November 7, 2022, to face the charge of domestic violence by offensive and provocative conduct. The arrest came after she announced divorce after three years of marriage. While Michelle has asked for privacy and kindness in her official statement, which reflects a professional tone, in an earlier Twitter statement, since deleted, she has accused Carney, 42, of cheating on her while nursing her six-month-old baby at home. Branch was previously married to Teddy Landau from 2004 to 20015. She married Patrick in 2019.
