DeepSeek AI in 'holiday mode'?

DeepSeek AI may be on 'holiday mode' due to the Lunar New Year, which is a very popular and celebrated occasion in China, and this could be one major reason why DeepSeek AI has gone suddenly all quiet, while its products continue to create havoc in the world of artificial intelligence, according to a South China Morning Post report.

Last launch by DeepSeek AI before Lunar New Year

AI stocks in the US saw a significant decline over the week after DeepSeek launched its AI model, and they have been so well received by users, that its application has become one of the top-rated ones in Apple's App Store. DeepSeek AI provided its last update around its AI models a day before the Lunar New Year's Eve and has been silent after that, while the world keeps using and stays in awe of their latest launches.

The first multimodal model, Janus-Pro, was launched by DeepSeek AI on Lunar New Year's Eve, which was their last activity till now. More services and launches are expected in the coming days, suggest reports.
