After Diddy will Kanye West be arrested? Rapper accused of sending explicit messages to employee in planned $150 million lawsuit

Kanye West is accused of sending explicit messages and creating a hostile working environment. A former Yeezy employee is preparing a $150 million lawsuit against him.

Kanye West is charged with sending employee sexually explicit texts, in a proposed $150 million lawsuit. A former Yeezy employee has accused Kanye West of religious discrimination and sexual harassment, and she plans to sue the rapper for $150 million, as quoted in a report by The Mirror US.

Kanye West has been charged with using anti-Semitic language and sending sexually explicit text messages to an employee.

In an impending lawsuit, a former Yeezy employee is alleging religious discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower retaliatory termination against the 47-year-old rapper. In the coming weeks, the employee intends to file the $150 million lawsuit in the name of Jane Doe.

Direct communication from Ye sent to a Jewish female employee will be part of the lawsuit. According to reports, the text messages that were purportedly sent to the West employee were extremely graphic and grotesque.

West used hostile and anti-Semitic language in the texts, which were sexually explicit in nature. The Anti-Semitism that is contained in these direct messages is worse than anything he has ever said on public platforms or included in former cases.

As she requested assistance, the former worker allegedly shared Ye's text messages with her boss. But she claimed that after sharing the messages, she was quickly terminated and out of a job without warning.

Jane Doe's lawyer claimed that their client was verbally agitated, severely disrespected, and faced very hostile work conditions.

She claims to have been trying to work things out privately and amicably with West's team but alleges West has been ignoring the situation.

Other similar instances

Attorneys working with the former employee are asking for $150 million in the planned lawsuit, having determined the amount following verdicts in similar cases. One example is Diaz v. Tesla, where employee Owen Diaz claimed to have faced constant harassment including racial slurs. In 2021, a jury found Tesla guilty and ordered the company to pay $137 million in damages. Tesla and Diaz reached a final, binding settlement agreement that fully resolved all claims last April.
