After 14 years of marriage, Emily, the wife of Harrison Ford's son Ben, seeks divorce

After 14 years of marriage, Ben Ford and his wife Emily are divorcing. "Irreconcilable differences" was the explanation Emily gave for their divorce. Her request is for Waylon, their 13-year-old son, to have joint custody after divorce.

All gifts and heirlooms received prior to marriage, during a divorce, and/or during my marriage, as well as any property, assets, and/or debts. I keep the right to change based on evidence, Emily wrote.

Even though Emily has stated that they are divorcing on February 1, 2022, she famously celebrated the renowned chef's birthday in September, stating that they are still friendly.


While both Harrison and Ben were attending Wisconsin's Ripon College, they got to know Ben's mother. The couple was married in 1964, and in 1966 and 1969, respectively, they welcomed sons Benjamin and Willard.
