Aerosmith cancels Las Vegas tour as lead singer Steven Tyler checks into rehab
Aerosmith had to cancel the summer tour in Las Vegas as lead singer Steven Tyler got into rehab voluntarily. The tickets booked on Ticket master will be fully refunded to the fans.

The bandmates claim that the singer voluntarily checked into the rehabilitation centre to better his health and recovery. They confirmed that Tyler had gone through the surgery to prepare for the stage. But, the need for pain management in the process made him relapse. The band was set to start their show “Deuces Are Wild” by 17 June.
The band members issued a statement revealing and thanking their fans for the same on their social media handles. They also informed the tickets purchased through ticket master would be fully refunded. If someone bought tickets from other sources, they would need to contact their point of purchase and get the details about the refunds.
All tours for June and July have been cancelled. They are saying that they will resume in September. Aerosmith also had to cancel some excursions earlier this year due to Covid restrictions and travel bans in a few countries such as the UK and Europe. They also announced that their drummer Joey Kramer was “taking a leave of absence” from the band to focus on his family in these uncertain times.
There is no doubt that Aerosmith fans worldwide are eagerly awaiting the return of their favourite band on stage. Steven Tyler is well known to be a fan favourite, and we all hope for his speedy recovery. Get well soon!
