The ad campaign pictures and videos of the Adidas and Rich Mnisi Pride 2023 Collection went viral, when it got a lot of comments for employing what seem like biological men to model a women’s swimsuit. The swimming costume, identified as the Pride Swimsuit - Pink, comprises recycled and renewable materials, according to Adidas.

"We're all unique, but we're all connected by love," the social media caption read. "That's the message of this adidas swimsuit, designed in collaboration with Rich Mnisi. The exuberant print brings joyful energy to your day at the beach."

This campaign has not gone down well with some women, who have commented that no lady will look at these pictures and videos and think that she wants to wear that. There are also calls to boycott the campaign.
