According to the police report, the Mendota Heights Police discovered his dead body in his apartment in Twin cities Minnesota, on October 31, 2022, while performing a welfare check after they received a distress call about an unconscious man.


He was suspected of having slipped into an unconscious state and eventually died after an excessive alcohol intake. An official statement released by the medical examiner reads that Adam Zimmer died of complications from "Chronic Ethanol use disorder."



Reports by the police were filed as an affidavit at the County District Court in Dakota. Zimmer is said to have suffered an eye injury as he had bruises and a pool of blood around his eye. The police maintained that no foul play was suspected.

The news of the cause of his death was announced by the Hennepin County medical examiner's office in Minnesota.
