He was reportedly observed by Target's loss prevention crew filling his cart with various items, including multiple health and beauty products, according to TMZ.
Wylie, 39, went to the self-checkout section, but he only scanned a few things from his cart before he made an effort to take the merchandise out of the store, according to Burbank police, who spoke with the outlet.
