Actors Chrissy Teigen and John Legend welcome son via surrogacy

Actors Chrissy Teigen and John Legend became parents for the fourth time recently. In a moving Instagram post on Wednesday Teigen said that she had welcomed a son via surrogacy five months after giving birth to daughter Esti.



She declared that her surrogate gave birth to a son on Wednesday night. John Legend confirmed it another Instagram post.




Chrissy Teigen recounted the birth of her daughter and the trauma she underwent after pregnancy loss in 2020. She also said that after losing Jack, she did not think that she will be able to give birth to another child. She also said that initially she wanted to be the mother of four children.

The couple have four children now- Luna 7, Miles 5, Esti-six months and now the newly born son.

Chrisssy Teigen made her modelling debut in 2010 with annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She also appeared on its 50th anniversary cover in 2014 along with Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge.

Her husband John Legend is a singer, song writer, pianist, producer as well as an actor. He received nine nominations at the 48th Grammy Awards. Recording Industry Association of America certified his debut album ‘Get Lifted’ ‘double platinum’.
