2025 NFL preseason: how to watch the Dallas Cowboys vs. Los Angeles Rams game tonight

The Dallas Cowboys and Los Angeles Rams meet for their first game of the 2025 NFL preseason on Saturday, August 9, at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT at SoFi Stadium. Local coverage will be available on KABC in Los Angeles and KTVT CBS/11 in Dallas. The game will also be streamed on NFL+.

Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford is unlikely to play due to an aggravated back disc. Backup quarterbacks Jimmy Garoppolo and Stetson Bennett IV are expected to take the field.
