2025 Hollywood Walk of Fame: Complete list. Who will be honored posthumously?

Jane Fonda, daughter of acting legend Henry Fonda, Emilio Estevez, son of Martin Sheen; and journalist Chris Wallace, son of 60 Minutes great Mike Wallace will be the second-generation stars to be included in the 2025 Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Jane Fonda, Jessica Chastain, Colin Farrell, late Prince are among the major celebrities selected for the 2025 Hollywood Walk of Fame, reports 'Variety'. John Carpenter, Chastain, Bill Duke, Robert Englund, Emilio Estevez, Farrell, Fonda, Nia Long, Lisa Lu, Glynn Turman and Toni Vaz will also be included the prestigious list. Hollywood Chamber of Commerce President and CEO Steve Nissen announced the names at a press conference held at Ovation Hollywood on Monday, June 24. He was joined by music producer Jimmy Jam and actors Joe Mantegna and Niecy Nash. As many as 30 artists will be added to the Walk of Fame in the categories of motion pictures, television, live theatre/live performance, radio, recording and sports entertainment.

Fran Drescher, Lauren Graham, Bill Nye, Molly Shannon, Sherri Shepherd, Courtney B. Vance, Chris Wallace and Trey Parker and Matt Stone from the television side will be added to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Posthumous Honor

Prince will get the award posthumously, a rare event for the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He died in 2016 at the age of 57. Dates not announced
According to 'Billboard', dates for the ceremonies have not yet been announced. Recipients have two years to schedule star ceremonies from the date of selection before they expire. The Walk of Fame selection committee selected the names from among hundreds of nominees on June 14. The Hollywood Chamber’s board of directors ratified the names in a meeting held on the same day.
