The 2023 ESPYS will be held on Wednesday, July 12 at 8 p.m. ET. The ESPYS Red Carpet Show will commence at 4 p.m. ET.

How to Watch the 2023 ESPYS:


The ESPYS Red Carpet Show can be watched on ESPN's Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube pages, as well as the ESPN app. The main 2023 ESPYS event will be aired on ABC starting at 8 p.m. ET. For viewers in the Mountain and Pacific time zones, the broadcast will be tape delayed until 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time, respectively. In Arizona, the broadcast will also begin at 7 p.m. local time. The ESPYS can also be live-streamed via ESPN3.
