20 million euros bid rejected by Brentford for Yoanne Wissa
While Wissa has scored 11 goals in this Premier League, West Ham are showing interest in Taiwo Awoniyi. Nottingham Forest made an offer of 20 million euros for acquiring Yoane Wissa which was rejected.

The bid made by Nottingham was not enough for the striker Wissa, who still has a two-and-a-half-year contract remaining with Brentford.
According to reports, Wissa was Nottingham’s leading target for January and it was keen on acquiring the striker from last summer, despite the rejection of its initial proposal.
This is because Wissa has been in good form and has played well in 19 Premier Leagues by scoring a total of 11 goals. Wissa also overtook Ivan Toney recently after a 2-2 draw against Manchester City. He now has 37- top flight goals for the club.

This move by Nottingham is due to the underlying uncertainty of Taiwo Awoniyi, who is being shown interest by West Ham United. Forest Striker has previously been linked with West Ham for moving Taiwo Awoniyi but he will not be allowed to leave unless a replacement is found.
Brentford also have their eyes on Micheal Kayode, the 20-year-old Fiorentina right-back, often regarded as a strong defender. Injuries have also put Brentford in desperate times, as Aaron Hickey, misses 14 months because of his hamstring injury, though he is now to return in a short while.
