Wingstop is coming out with a chicken sandwich that is a lot like the others in the chicken sandwich wars, but with a big difference. The Texas-based chain’s sandwich is available with 12 different kinds of chicken, like its wings.

The new chicken sandwich from Wingstop differs significantly from the others in the chicken sandwich battles, but is still very similar to them. The Texas-based restaurant offers 12 different types of chicken, including its wings, in its sandwiches.
Sauces or dry rubs with varying heat levels, from mild Lemon Pepper to hot Atomic, are referred to as flavors. Starting on Tuesday, the sandwich will be available at all Wingstop locations across the country in the following flavors: Atomic, Cajun, Mango Habanero, Original Hot, Louisiana Rub, Hawaiian, Garlic Parmesan, Lemon Pepper, Hickory Smoked BBQ, Mild, Louisiana Rub, and Hawaiian. The sandwich will currently cost $5.49 for a standalone order or $7.99 for a larger combo that includes fries and a drink.
According to a news release, all of the sandwiches are made with toasted buns and have pickle chips on top. Choose from ranch, blue cheese dip, or honey mustard with them. Fries or veggie sticks and a 20-ounce soft drink are both included with combo meals.
Additionally, wooing customers is KFC. It revealed a limited-period offer of a 2-Piece Thigh & Drum Combo Meal for $6 on Monday.
