Lewis Capaldi was seen alongside the Lionesses' queen Chloe Kelly in The Jonathan Ross Show. The Scottish superstar is versatile and specially equipped with his sense of music. Chloe is known for the extra-time winner score in Women’s Euros 2022 against Germany.

Jonathan Ross began the conversation with Lewis Capaldi by stating that he belongs to the same country, yet why did he not support this team of lady footballers? But Capaldi revealed to Jonathan on his show that he did not favour the Lionesses this year in the Women's Euros 2022.

The replies from Lewis were affirmative, yet he admitted to Chloe that he was honoured to meet her. Furthermore, the Scottish singer admitted that he appreciates the journey of the Lionesses toward the Women's Euros 2022. Being a Scottish man, he feels super proud of this achievement.


Capaldi's said such wins instill jealousy and some bitterness in him, which broke the audience into laughter.

Lewis then said directly to Chloe, 'No, and I won't lie to you - I am very honoured to meet you. But, what I found about the Women's Euros, watching the Lionesses, the England women's team excels in such a way that inspired a huge bitterness and jealousy in me.
"It is instilled in me as a Scottish man, in much the same way the men's national team gives me the same feeling. So, it just shows you how far we've come.'



Lewis has been gaining media attention for more than a month now. It was reported that Lewis had been forced to move out of his farmhouse home after it turned out to be a 'hell hole'.

During the lockdown, he had checked the specifications of this place, and he felt that this was a perfect place to move from his parent's home. But in reality, it smelled like smoke and dogs. He added, 'Ed Sheeran told me to buy this house and it's an absolute hell hole.'
