Solo Sikoa, the WWE superstar, has revealed that he used the Samoan spike on the advice of Triple H to pay tribute to his uncle, a legendary wrestling champion, Umaga.

Sikoa used Samoan spike move to finish his opponents like Matt Riddle and Elias.

Umaga is considered one of the biggest wrestling champions who terrified his opponents during the 2000s. He fought with wrestlers like John Cena and Bobby Lashley during his reign. Unfortunately, he was away in 2007 due to heart complications.


Sikoa is taking up the legacy of the Anoa’i family. He is considered the next biggest champion by many WWE experts. His attacking style and lineage have made him the Enforcers of the Bloodline team. He recently used the Samoan spike on RAW.

In an interview with the New York Post, Solo said that the idea for Samoan spike came from Triple H.

Sikoa said that Triple Hsaid him that he was aware his uncle was a big part of their family and he meant a lot to them. Sikoa added that Triple H asked him if he would be using the spike.

Sikoa said that the Samoan spike would be his finishing move in his upcoming matches.

Sikoa made his WWE debut in October 2021. He is the cousin of the superstar wrestling champion Roman Reigns.

Sikoa entered WWE by interrupting the match between LA Knight and Grayson Waller. Later, he made his debut at WWE Clash at Castle, where he helped his cousin Roman Reigns win and retain the WWE Undisputed Universal Title, defeating Drew Mcintyre.
