It has been nine years since the former F1 driver’s horrific skiing accident. In December 2013, Michael Schumacher was involved in a skiing accident in the French Alps, in which he suffered a severe head injury. He was placed in a medically induced coma and underwent several surgeries to treat his injuries.

Schumacher is a former German racing driver who is widely regarded as one of the greatest Formula 1 drivers of all time. He won a record seven Formula 1 World Championships, five of which he won consecutively.

Since the accident, there has been very little public information about Schumacher's condition or recovery. His family has maintained a high level of privacy, and they have requested that the media respect their decisions.

In the years following the accident, there have been occasional updates and reports about Schumacher's health, but most of these have been unverified or have been based on speculation and hearsay.

In 2017, Schumacher's manager, Sabine Kehm, released a statement saying that Schumacher was receiving the best possible medical care and that his condition was not a matter for public discussion.
