Wendy Clark is leaving her position as global CEO of Dentsu International. She is a renowned advertising executive and would appear to have a wide range of professional options given her background, which includes executive positions at AT&T and Coca-Cola Co. Even in politics, she has experimented, taking a year off from Coke in the year 2015 to assist Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign.

Known for supporting liberal causes, Clark most recently tweeted her support for Stacey Abrams' bid for governor of Georgia. Clark, a former agency employee who has seen many countries and now calls Atlanta her home.

In his previous role as president and CEO of DDB North America, Clark expanded his connections with companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Conagra, and State Farm. Most notably, she led the development of We are Unlimited, a customised agency for McDonald's. In the end, Wieden+Kennedy received the account, and the two firms later combined to form DDB Chicago.

It looks like she left DDB abruptly as well. Omnicom Group Chairman-CEO John Wren mentioned Clark's departure during an earnings call in April 2020 that was held in the midst of the pandemic of COVID-11 and perhaps a few client losses, saying that they were a bit surprised and put off when she made the decision that she was going to relocate in the middle of a crisis.
