The real reason behind Victoria Beckham's rigorous diet is revealed as why she hasn't changed her diet in twenty-five years. Since her husband David revealed that Victoria Beckham has been eating the same thing for the past 25 years, her strict diet has been in the news for years.

In an interview with the UK's Telegraph, the fashion designer and former Spice Girls singer has now disclosed the true cause of her stringent diet.

Beckham, 50, who stopped eating meat when she was only eight years old, claimed that because of her skin, she is extremely picky about what she eats. This is due to Beckham's extreme self-consciousness regarding her acne during the height of the Spice Girls' fame in her twenties, as quoted in a report by The New York Post.


According to Beckham, she avoids specific wheat and flour and uses wheat flour instead of cassava flour to maintain a glowing complexion. She spends 30 minutes each morning using a $3855 Dermalux LED device.

Beckham told the Telegraph that she became very careful about what she ate because of her skin. Beckham claimed she had been uncomfortable posing for pictures.

A typical day, according to Beckham, consists of getting up early, lifting weights, dropping Harper off at school, and then making it to the office. David, who married Beckham in 2022, said that he regrets not being married to someone who has eaten the same thing for 25 years.

Victoria previously stated that she does not eat food cooked in oil, butter, or sauces, nor does she consume dairy products. Her comfort food is wholegrain toast seasoned with salt, and she celebrates her birthday with a fruit cake.

David, who has been married to Beckham since 2022, was disappointed that his wife's diet has remained consistent. He also noticed that her diet differed from her own, with an emphasis on vegetables and unusual treats such as coconut water, mints, and hydroalcoholic gel.
