‘Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama’, is all set to be aired on the British channel, Channel 4, on December 21. The drama is a recreation of the much-publicised libel case trial of Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney.

Leading in the starcast is the Welsh actor Michael Sheen in the role of Rooney’s barrister, David Sherbourne. Sheen has played real-life figures earlier too as Tony Blair in ‘The Queen' and David Frost in ‘Frost/Nixon’. Others in the male starcast include Pride fame actor Dion Llyod for the role of footballer Wayne Rooney and husband of Coleen Rooney. Hungarian actor and Netflix sensation, Márton Nagyszokolyai, will play the role of Jamie Vardy.
Then the British actor, Natalia Tena, will play the role of Rebekah Vardy and the BAFTA winner, Chanel Cresswell will portray the character of Coleen Rooney.
