‘Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama’, is all set to be aired on the British channel, Channel 4, on December 21. The drama is a recreation of the much-publicised libel case trial of Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney.

‘Vardy v Rooney: A Courtroom Drama’, a recreation of Wagatha Christie or the real libel case, Rebekah Vardy v Coleen Rooney, will be aired on December 21, 2022 on British public television, Channel 4. It’s a 2-part drama, whose Part 1 will be released on Wednesday and the second part in subsequent days.

Leading in the starcast is the Welsh actor Michael Sheen in the role of Rooney’s barrister, David Sherbourne. Sheen has played real-life figures earlier too as Tony Blair in ‘The Queen' and David Frost in ‘Frost/Nixon’. Others in the male starcast include Pride fame actor Dion Llyod for the role of footballer Wayne Rooney and husband of Coleen Rooney. Hungarian actor and Netflix sensation, Márton Nagyszokolyai, will play the role of Jamie Vardy.
