he UK's take on China announcing it’s zero covid policy is kept under review by the fear that a massive number of travelers will spread the virus.

There is fear in every country that the end of almost three years of strict precautions in a country with billions of people will result in a massive outbreak of the virus worldwide.
The UK government officials said that there are no plans in resuming the testing for covid-19 for the arrivals into the UK.
But the UK Health Agency will monitor the spread of harmful variants of the virus and will keep reviewing the international data.
On Wednesday the US government announced that from 5 January the arrivals from China will need to provide a negative COVID test result not more than two days before their flight.
