UK PM Rishi Sunak 'very disappointed' in Matt Hancock for joining 'I’m A Celebrity'
UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has criticised his former cabinet colleague Matt Hancock for joining the ITV show - "I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here"!

Sunak, speaking on his way to Cop27 in Egypt, also expressed his support for chief whip’s decision to suspend the Mr. Hancock from the Conservative Party, adding that he won’t have the time to watch the ITV show.
Hancock, who represents West Suffolk, defended his decision saying he decided to enter the Australian jungle to "deliver important messages to the masses" and "go where the people are" rather than "sit in ivory towers in Westminster". He insisted that it "wasn't the cheque" which influenced his decision but that he wanted to raise awareness of dyslexia by appearing on the show.
Apart from the Prime Minister, former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn also heavily criticised Hancock’s decision, saying, “He’s (Hancock) a member of Parliament, he’s got a constituency, he should be representing them, not himself on some sort of personality parade.”
