According to Jeremy Hunt, the National Health Service is in the crisis of disintegrating after 12 years under the tory rule. As he prepares to present the autumn statement budget on Thursday, the Chancellor has said, 'we are all going to pay a bit more tax.'
According to the media sources, he will cut the £150,000 threshold for 45p tax to £125,000 to generate £1.3billion a year. In comparison, the energy cost subsidy is anticipated to be decreased from £60 billion to £20 billion over the following six months.
However, health officials have demanded greater financing for the National Health in the face of record wait times.
October saw a record number of NHS England patients, with 43,792 people waiting longer. This number of "trolley waits" increased dramatically from September's 32,776 to reach a new high for the entire year.
