UK economy grows after a boost from FIFA World Cup 2022, says report

The UK economy has shown growth in the month of November, beating the expectations. FIFA World Cup 2022 has played a pivotal role in economic growth, according to a BBC report.

The GDP of the UK rose by 0.1 per cent. Notably, gross domestic product (GDP) is a key parameter to measure construction, services, and manufacturing output.

The rise came after the UK economy fell by 0.3 per cent between July and September in 2022.
