On Thursday, Tour de France revealed routes for women's and men's races. Women's Tour de France has been revived and will start from Clermont Ferrand. It will have the ‘Col du Tourmalet’ after an enduring eight days in the end.

The women's Tour de France will not depart from Paris this time. Some adjustments had to be made after last year because the riders were left highly exhausted after Markstein's climb on the second last day.

The route will be 3404 km long, which will cover all mountain ranges, and will be given only 22km time trials.
