A massive search and rescue operation is underway, but the possibility of finding the people is extremely poor as the experts believe that there is just one percent possibility.
The submarine was built with 96-hour emergency capability, and it went missing one hour 45 minutes after the dive Sunday. So, the oxygen in the submarine may run out Thursday 11 AM. It means the submarine must be found and the people be rescued before that.
An expert appeared on the television show ‘Good Morning Britain’, and expressed his apprehension that the possibility of finding the submarine is slim, it is just one percent. It is apprehended that the submarine is caught up in the wreckage of the Titanic and it will be extremely difficult to salvage it.
Viewers of the television show ‘BBC Breakfast’ were furious at the man who appeared on the show and said that ‘experts make mistakes.’ Mike Reiss appeared on the show and shared his experience of a similar trip to the Titanic. He described his experience in detail and said that ‘the trip was very comfortable, very relaxing’, it was like ‘dropping like a stone and coming up like a cork.’
Mike Reiss also said that the people onboard the submarine knew it and they have signed a declaration that they might die on the trip. He said that when he went on the trip he signed a waiver, and on page one of it was written thrice that he may die.
