Just two months after break-up with Shakira in June, Barcelona FC defender Gerard Pique seems to have found love again.

According to recent reports, the 35-year-old is secretly dating a 23-year-old PR student named Clara Chia Marti. The two supposedly met when Marti started working for Pique’s production company Kosmos.

A source close to Marti revealed that the pair had been together for a while. They have managed to keep their romance low-key, but people close to the team know about the relationship.


According to the source, Marti is a student, who works in his office and helps organise events.
The fact that the two have been seeing each other for months makes the source believe that Pique is quite serious about her.

Pique and Shakira split after 11 years of marriage
The two met during the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa, which Spain won after defeating the Netherlands 1-0 in the final.

Pique was enamored by the singer while working with her on sets of Waka Waka and started to date her soon after.

Their love story was highly documented and publicized, with Shakira often seen supporting Pique during games.



Fans of the couple were shocked when the news broke earlier this year that Pique was caught cheating.
While the couple never addressed those rumors, they did announce their split shortly after.
