Scottish National Party's (SNP) Deputy Westminster leader Kirsten Oswald said the government in Scotland would keep fighting for independence. Losing in the Supreme Court won't make a difference to them. Kirsten aimed at Westminister as it blocked attempts made by SNP for a referendum for independence for the second time.

Kirsten suggested that Scottish independence must factor in the next general elections. Kirsten said that UK PM Liz Truss does not want them to have a referendum, and it was not up to Truss or any Westminister government to stand in the way of the Scottish independence.

Kirsten said the next general election should be considered as a vote on Scottish independence and she would go one step at a time.
