James Arthur, a singer, has delighted fans by announcing an ‘unexpected arrival’. The X Factor star announced the news on Instagram, posting a touching black and white video of himself cuddling the infant while his song 'Heartbeats' played in the background. In the video, the child is seen clutching her father's finger as he proudly displays a new tattoo.

According to the media reports, the Saltburn native aged 34 revealed his firstborn child's name in a tattoo. The child's name Emily is pretty visible on his wrist along with many other tattoos he has.
On Instagram, he wrote: "Dear Emily, welcome to the world." Fans and friends commented on the post to congratulate him.

When asked if 'Emily' was about his unborn daughter, James replied, “To be honest, when it first came out, I billed it as such, but I spoke with my partner, and it was a viable option at that time.”
