Shawn Seesahai death: Two 12-year-old arrested for murder

Two underaged boys have been arrested with the charge of murder of 19-year-old Shawn Seesahai in Wolverhampton.

The identity of two arrested is not made public because of their age by the police. The police said that they are 12-years-old.

But the two have been remanded in custody to appear at Birmingham Magistrates' Court later on Friday, reported SkyNews, a UK-based news agency.


The arrests in the murder were made on Tuesday, a day after the incident. Seesahai passed right away after the stabbing incident near Laburnum Road, East Park.

As per the police officials, the two boys were in possession of sharp bladed article. The family of the victim has been updated about the development.


The police officials have also urged people on social media to not speculate any information regarding the murder that could hinder the investigation. After the incident, the police has also increased security in the area.

"Shawn Seesahai was a courageous, compassionate and confident young soul who sadly lost his life at the age of 19. HE cared deeply about his friends and family and absolutely loved to help people," Mother of the victim said.
