BBC Line Of Duty star Adrian Dunbar who plays Ted Hastings in the show, said that the hit police drama will return for a seventh series and reveal the REAL H. The last series (sixth) of the police drama revealed the identity of the mysterious corrupt police officer H in the dramatic finale. The sixth series aired from March to May 2021 and was a rating success.
In the final episode of the last series of BBC One, viewers saw Ian Buckell's and the Detective Superintendent played by Nigel Boyal, revealed as the corrupt police officer at the top of a criminal conspiracy, previously known as the mysterious H.
Though Dunbar, aged 64, said that Ian Buckell's isn't H. He is just the guy on whom he could pin the charge. Also adding that they didn't get H but "got Buckells, the patsy."
