UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has unveiled a new-look cabinet. A new Tory party chairman has also been appointed by PM Sunak, according to reports. PM Sunak's cabinet shake-up includes creation of four new departments. He also appointed Greg Hands as new Tory party Chairman.

Tory Party Chairman

Nadhim Zahawi was sacked from the post of Tory Party Chairman. Hands, an MP for Chelsea and Fulham, has been entrusted to head the Tory Party. Hands was a former trade policy minister.

Rishi Sunak New Cabinet

Grant Shapps has been appointed as new role of energy security secretary. Kemi Badenoch will take up a new role of new business and trade secretary.


Badenoch has been shifted from international trade secretary to business and trade secretary. Badenoch will continue to remain president of the board of trade and minister for women and equalities.

Culture secretary Michelle Donelan is the new secretary for newly formed department science, innovation and technology.

Graham Stuart is minister of the newly created department for energy security and Net Zero. George Freeman has become the minister in the department for science, innovation and technology. Nigel Huddleston has been appointed as a minister in the department for business and trade.

Nusrat Ghani is now a minister in the business and trade department and cabinet.

Andrew Bowie is the secretary of state of Energy and Net Zero Department. Paul Scully and Kevin Hollinrake are new the secretary of state in the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology, and the Department for Business and Trade, respectively.

Stuart Andrew is the new parliamentary under secretary of state in culture department. He is also minister for equalities in the Department for Business and Trade. Maria Caulfield is the minister for women in the Business and Trade Department. He also handles parliamentary under secretary of state in the Health Department.
